This is our “house matcha” which we use for our lattes and chilled drinks. It is fresh & vivid green. We get shipments of this organic, stone-ground matcha frequently & fill the glass jars ourselves, so we can offer it at a great price. This matcha will change your latte game for ever! The single origin tencha comes from Saemidori, Okumidori & Tsuyuhikari cultivars from the volcanic soils of a pioneering organic tea farm in Kagoshima, Japan.

Our pure organic hojicha powder comes from a small farm in the beautiful Oi River valley near Mt. Fuji in Shizuoka, Japan. This fog-shrouded valley gives the perfect terroir & weather for some of the best senchas in Japan. The stems, veins & leaves of the fall harvest are carefully & deeply roasted to create this comforting, rich & roasty hojicha which tastes amazing as a latte.
